I purchased a used Chevy Traverse from Eddie Washington on Monday. He was great. He helped the whole situation run smoothly. He was an overall great guy and salesman. He sent me to Linda to set up having a DVD system and tinted windows installed. She was also very helpful and a great lady. She also made the whole transition run very smoothly. I will be calling her soon to possibly adding running boards to my vehicle. They both made me feel important and put great effort into my purchase. At that time, computer research and “visual appeal” had narrowed my search to Infiniti G34 or Hyundai Genesis. On the lot, I was eyeing the LaCrosse when Toby came out in the rain and asked if I needed assistance. Soon, I was tests driving a car I had not remotely considered.. And loving it!\r \r Throughout the process, Toby was simply wonderful. He redefines the “car salesman” stereotype. Toby blends personal attention and professional knowledge in a manner that is comforting and straight –forward. As a forever pharmaceutical sales trainer and manager, I feel Toby exemplifies the best qualities of an effective salesperson. I was most impressed with his ability to LISTEN and RESPOND to both my specific as well as implied needs.
