Absolutely the worst service, incompetent technicians and management should all be fired. I have 6 business lines with Sprint, pay for insurance on all phones, yet when I went to have a brand new phone that was defective replaced, they start giving me the run around. They carry no inventory, so every problem you have, they require you to go in, wait two hours minimum before they get to it (no rental or loaner phone option), then after their incompetent techs verify the problem, they will tell you to come back in four to five days, and wait another two to three hours before they give you a replacement phone. I have received 4 replacement phones in less than a month, and they all have had some kind of problem. 8 round trips, over 10 hours in the store, and now they tell me there is a limit for how many replacements you can have in a month. None were my fault, but defective phones. THEY ARE THE WORST. Will be changing service provider as soon as this contract is over. more
