Sprint Store

My husband signed up with Sprint at the beginning of the year. He went into the Sprint store at 26861 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo, CA; after several hours where he disclosed that he was a British citizen here for work and would be traveling out of the country to place including but not limited to China, South Korea, Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom the store representative assured him that he would be able to use his phone. A few weeks went by and he went on his first trip to China and everything was fine. However, the second trip he made to Russia the customer service representative told him that because he hadn?t been with Sprint for more than 18 months he would not be able to use his phone in Russia. With no other options he left the country without a phone. He was only back in the states two weeks before leaving for Germany and when he called the international line they indicated that he wouldn?t be able to use his phone in Germany because his spending limit was not high enough to allow it. My husband offered to put more money down but that didn?t satisfy the Sprint rep so again he left the country without an operable phone. When he got back into the states he called to talk to a Sprint customer service rep again in which the person indicated we could jail break his phone (which would void his warranty on a very new phone) but that since Germany and Europe as a whole is on a different phone system there wasn?t anything Sprint could do. more

Seriously, spend the time and go to the Irvine store. They are so much better there- nicer and more competent. more

Absolutely the worst service, incompetent technicians and management should all be fired. I have 6 business lines with Sprint, pay for insurance on all phones, yet when I went to have a brand new phone that was defective replaced, they start giving me the run around. They carry no inventory, so every problem you have, they require you to go in, wait two hours minimum before they get to it (no rental or loaner phone option), then after their incompetent techs verify the problem, they will tell you to come back in four to five days, and wait another two to three hours before they give you a replacement phone. I have received 4 replacement phones in less than a month, and they all have had some kind of problem. 8 round trips, over 10 hours in the store, and now they tell me there is a limit for how many replacements you can have in a month. None were my fault, but defective phones. THEY ARE THE WORST. Will be changing service provider as soon as this contract is over. more

this sprint store is probably one of the best. the employees are very knowledgable and willing to help. they always have great deals on phones and service plans. definately check this one out more

I completely agree with the first review. This store is super SLOW! However, once you finally get someone to help you, they are very knowledgeable about the product. more

While the Sprint company itself has no regard for customer service (I'd give them a 0) this particular store is OK. I had to go to the store when I upgraded my phones, and even though they were SLOW, they were somewhat helpful, and I got better service than expected. more
