My laptop could not get on the internet at home. So, I brought it to New York Computer Help. I expected there to be a problem with my laptop, but instead they said the Internet is working perfectly fine and said the Internet issue must be on my end with TimeWarner. I was surprised to not be charged anything at all. They even welcomed me to call them while at home to help me through the rebooting of my router and mode. I called them, and they had the patience to walk me through the steps and I was up and running again. I am thrilled they not only helped, but was did so without charging me anything. I will definitely go back in the future and recommend them highly.
