I've been with this practice since 1999 and the average time from sign in to walking out is about 3hrs. The staff could be little more professional but I've gotten used to them over the years. Yes, it is more quantity than quality. However, once you see Dr. Schwarzwald you will find it is worth it. I was going to drop him in May 2005 after another long wait but then he first discovered I had thyroid cancer ( he was correct) In late 2005, he suspected I had another cancer, multiple myleoma...he was correct. Then other medical problems surfaced. If he is not sure about something or just wants to double check, he will refer you to someone else that is good. In essence, this man helped saved my life. My wife, her aunt and uncle now go to him. If you don't like to wait, don't come. However, use the time in the waiting room to do other thing. Trust me, the wait is worth it.
