My total time at the office was over an hour! Over half an hour in a gown waiting for the doctor with no warning. I was tired after working all night and had made the appointment for first thing in the morning. There was no apology either. The office was great and I might switch to another MD there, but I found Dr. Alexander to be a little condescending, and not too thorough. I had concerns that were not fully addressed and left unhappy with the visit.\r

For example, when I asked about my facial skin problems, I didn't get advice or tips, I was asked if I wanted a prescription acne treatment. That's not what I wanted, I wanted advice on a natural health product line that is good and non-irritating. He didn't even take the time to ask about the products I used, because he felt that there are too many people out there selling stuff to make money. He's not the doctor for me.
