Our dog Chester would still be alive if we did not take him to Bonita Pet Hospital. It was the only hospital open when Chester was vomitting. Vet Townsend immediately cut him up and cut out a major portion of his small intestines. After Townsend was paid $3000+, he discharged Chester. There was no follow up of any sort although Townsend knew Chester's condition was critical (Townsend later said this after Chester died and my husband demanded an explanation). Chester died 5 days after he got out of the hospital. To you Townsend, and to this hospital, the best way you can help people is to stop practicing. Don't you know that our pets are part of our families? You do not deserve to be part of this profession. As I read the other reviews here, I am convinced the only reason that Chester had undergone the surgery that he had was so this hospital could make as much as money as they could out of the situation.
