If you are looking for a rare or out of print book, I'd suggest you call Bookland and ask if they have it. Chances are they will have multiple copies to choose from. \r

Their selection of fantasy and science fiction is unparalleled by any other used book store I've been to, it has to be seen to be believed. From Burroughs to Heinlein, Clarke to Reynolds and every author in between. The mystery, horror, romance, history sections are very impressive too, although admidedly I spend most of my time in the sci-fi section.\r

The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to be of assistance. I have no idea what the negative reviews are about...perhaps their experience with out of print or hard to find books is less than mine, and they were anticipating garage sale pricing. Good luck with that.\r

This is hands down my favorite brick and mortar bookstore, and will continue to go there for many years...when your kids save their allowence for a trip to a bookstore, you are going to the right place.
