Roscoe Brown is a very fine company. They are probably the best company I have ever dealt with in any area. I needed a new three ton heat pump, so I called Roscoe Brown. I had heard good things about them, they had won local awards, and when the general manager came out we made the deal in 15 minutes. He was very professional, and the price was right, so we made the deal.
The next day or the day after they were out to put in the new heat pump. The installation went very well, even beyond my expectations. They set a booklet out with all the various refunds I could get for my high efficiency unit. All the paperwork I needed was in there. They found all the rebates and gave me all the information I needed to take care of them. They didn't leave anything to chance, so that I wouldn't forget to do it.
Everything was done perfectly in my opinion; I couldn't have asked for a better experience with any type of company. I couldn't be more pleased. They even did some extra things that they didn't think they were going to have to do, and they did them without extra charge. That really impressed me.
