The great thing about The Training Spot is that this is a place for all ages...I'm a teenager, and some days I'll train with someone my age, someone who is 30, and someone who is 60-- all in the same hour! We all have become friends, and actually enjoy our work outs because we all share a common goal: to stay healthy & fit. We can 'endure' the hour together, getting a great workout. The small, family oriented gym makes you feel comfortable and confident in your physical ability level, whatever that level may be. \r

The Takedown Challenge doesn't feel like a diet, my energy level is always up and I never feel like I am depriving myself of good food. Who wouldn't love BBQ Chicken Pizza on a 'diet'? Its a great learning experience for those who want to know how to take control (and maintain) their health! \r
