The great thing about The Training Spot is that this is a place for all ages...I'm a teenager, and some days I'll train with someone my age, someone who is 30, and someone who is 60-- all in the same hour! We all have become friends, and actually enjoy our work outs because we all share a common goal: to stay healthy & fit. We can 'endure' the hour together, getting a great workout. The small, family oriented gym makes you feel comfortable and confident in your physical ability level, whatever that level may be. \r \r The Takedown Challenge doesn't feel like a diet, my energy level is always up and I never feel like I am depriving myself of good food. Who wouldn't love BBQ Chicken Pizza on a 'diet'? Its a great learning experience for those who want to know how to take control (and maintain) their health! \r \r :)
