This place was beyond a nightmare. Their website says no appointments needed to look at bridesmaid dresses (appointments only necessary for wedding gowns, according to their website). So we went in there in which THREE workers walked past us, completely ignoring us. No one in the place could utter the word HELLO! We were treated SO rudely here - the workers are absolute snobs and for no reason. After being ignored literally for 20 minutes, WE initiated a conversation, in which the snobby clerk told us we needed an appointment - what? Not according to the website... We were so disgusted that we began walking out - at which time the clerk flipped a switch and followed us out of the store being like ""oh wait, actually I CAN help you!"" HA! No thanks. You ignored us for 20 minutes, then when you realize we're not going to tolerate that type of treatment, THEN you run after us because you realize you're losing a customer who was willing to spend LOTS of MONEY $$. Sorry but I will take my money elsewhere to a place worthy of my business. Sadly, these people seem used to treating customers like crap and still getting their business. I am a friendly person and a great customer - I expect to be treated like one, and this place does NOT treat people well. I'm sorry I gave them a chance - it was a waste of time for sure! Be warned and stay away!!
