The main reason I picked UNITS over some of their competition, was the fact that I got to deal directly with the owners during all aspects of the move, and not just speaking to someone in a phone bank halfway across the country. When I called or e-mailed, they knew exactly who I was and where my stuff was at all times. Life would be a lot easier for all of us if everyone had customer servive like these guys. Great job!
