Since the name change from Parrots this firms customer service has greatly faltered. My latest visit was my final. I was assured my mower would be completed by Thursday 10/28 at the lastest. I called Wednesday to check status. I was assured they were starting it that afternoon and it would be ready for pick up at some point Thursday. Thursday I heard nothing. Friday I called to check status and was met with a very rude female that said they were runnign behind. I explained that I had already been told they were working on my mower and it was supposed to have been completed Thursday. She then proceeded to argue that it was Thursday and they would call when it was done. Thursday? I asked her to double check because I was pretty sure that it was Friday. She continued to argue that it was only Thursday. I asked her to please check for the real staus on my mower and to let me know when it would really be completed. She hung up on me.\r

I drove down to their location to pick up my mower only to be met with a long wait, dirty looks from the tech and a damaged mower. My mower had not only been left out in the rain for over a week but had piece of plastic broken off the engine cover. When I asked what happened the tech just walked off.\r

Needless to say I will not be recommending this firm.
