As an employee of ROC, I hear the good, the bad and the ugly from the patients that are seen there. When my husband became a patient there last week, I became aware of how awesome they are from a person vantage point. After 2 days in a trauma center recovering from 7 broken bones, he was ready to be released on Monday afternoon. I called the clinic and was told to bring him in. By the time we got there the clinical staff had pulled all his records and had the paperwork ready (pain meds are wearing off at this point and we needed to get home to rest). Dr Wyker came in from home to see him!!!!! He discussed surgical options in a way that helped us make an informed decision and when we left, the surgery had been scheduled for the next day. Talk about service...\r
I know I sound biased (and I am, frankly)\r
In my 18 years working at Raleigh Orthopaedic, I have heard a lot of comments. Now that my family has been on the receiving end of the service, I will join the 5 star commenters of this fabulous clinic.
