I have been taking my pets there for two years and they have been great - attitude, knowledge and bedside manner. Yes, you have to leave a message for them to call you back - but I have ALWAYS been called back the same day, usually within an hour or two. If possible, I have the same Dr. for my pet visits. They have gotten to know the Dr. which lessens their anxiety. They must be doing something right if they are not taking new patients at this time! The only way I would change Drs. is if I move from the area (and I don't even live in Niagara Falls).
