Fantastic Service! 1/12/2011

Our pet dog recently had an abcessed tooth which needed to be pulled. We had her looked at by our normal vet and were given an estimate of over $1000 for oral surgery. \r \r We decided to get a second opinion and called Dr. Gerber. He agreed to perform the surgery at his office even though we weren't regular patients. To make a long story short, our dog had the procedure done within a couple days and was back to her normal self in no time. The staff a Gerber's did a great job and charged us far less than what we would have been charged if were went to our regular vet. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service they provided! more

Willing to travel for a Vet like Gerber! 10/13/2010

I live in Amherst NY and make it a point to go all the way to Niagara Falls just so that my pets get the best care. Dr. Gerber and Dr. Mroziak-Hartwick truly care about animals and aren't in it for the money. My cat was very ill 2 years ago and ended up needing IV fluids and spent time for observation. My darling Rosie was scheduled for exploratory surgery and ended up passing just before. The staff at the clinic decided against charging me for her hospitalization and apparently this is something they regularly do. I couldn't ask for a better, more caring vet. more

Great People 10/7/2010

I have been taking my pets there for two years and they have been great - attitude, knowledge and bedside manner. Yes, you have to leave a message for them to call you back - but I have ALWAYS been called back the same day, usually within an hour or two. If possible, I have the same Dr. for my pet visits. They have gotten to know the Dr. which lessens their anxiety. They must be doing something right if they are not taking new patients at this time! The only way I would change Drs. is if I move from the area (and I don't even live in Niagara Falls). more
