I've been taking my Honda Accord to Acura of Portland for service for close to 5 years, and have always been very happy with their service. Not only does my car run without problems between servicing, the service staff is pleasant, courteous and professional.
It's not only the regular service that I give high marks to. For example, several months ago, I noticed that one of the lug nuts on one of my wheels was gone. I called Acura, and Jason had me bring the car in right then and there, and he put the lug nut on at no charge. That's the way customers should be treated.
It's nice to find a business that stands behind its products and service, and that has excellent customer service. I wouldn't take my Accord to any other shop.
