No one makes my eyebrows look better than Navya. NO one. When she finishes, they are flawless. She gives a fantastic facial, too--I can't afford to treat myself to those more than a couple of times a year, so when I do, I want to have the best possible experience. Navya never lets me down. I love chatting with her, and she gives me a hug when we say goodbye--so sweet! She simply exudes warmth and love, so, you know, if you're looking for the cold and clinical approach, don't go see her. :)
I have only seen Tracy once (I think Navya was out of town), but she was awesome as well. Both Tracy and Navya are clearly committed to using the best prevailing techniques, both practical and hygienic. Even better, they simply love what they do, and they love their clients.
And *I* love their space--it's convenient, relaxing, and absolutely pristine. You can schedule and even pay online, so should you happen to be in a hurry, you can zip in and out. And I should mention that in all the times I have gone to have my eyebrows turned into little hirsute works of filamentous art, I have never been kept waiting or been told that ""we're running a tad late.""
Seriously, I can't recommend Beautiful Me highly enough.
