I have been getting waxed for over twenty years, both in the United States and Europe, and this was hands down the best waxing experience of my life! I saw Tracy for a brazilian bikini, eyebrow and lip wax. The space is relaxing and comfortable, and Tracy put me immediately at ease. She was in no hurry, asking me questions that helped her determine the kind of care I would need, and she shared lots of tips with me. My eyebrows have never looked better, and Tracy used a number of different treatments post-wax to help me avoid breakouts - always a post-wax problem for me. But Tracy's amazingness truly topped the charts with the bikini wax - I described what I wanted (a landing strip in front, everything off the back), and she not only achieved it perfectly, but did not need to be reminded. In most cases I find that salons will only take everything off, or just wax the bikini line - Tracy gave me exactly what I asked for and with a minimum of pain. Now here's where Tracy became extraordinary: she extracted every single one of my ingrown hairs manually, and gave me an expensive facial peel on my lady parts free of charge to improve my healing. Tracy is a miracle, and I am desperately sad that I don't live in Austin so I can see her every six weeks. She is the best there is! more

I decided to give Beautiful Me a try after reading all the positive reviews about Beautiful Me. Thank y'all. Last Thursday I went to see Tracy for eye brow wax. I couldn't be happier with the result. I am so excited that I have finally found someone in Austin who really knows how to do my eye brows. especially after spending so many years to try to find a good one. Tracy is AMAZING. I remember someone said Tracy treated eye brow wax like a work of art. i absolutely agree. I live in Round Rock. it takes me 35 -40 minutes to drive to downtown. But it is definitely worth of it. I will for sure go back! more

Today was my second visit to Tracy for a brazillian wax. I have one of the lowest pain tolerances ever, but somehow Tracy was able to make waxing a very sensitive area actually bearable!! I was so worried the first time I went in that I wouldn't be able to go threw with it, but she did everything she could to help with the pain. She always pats the area she just waxed and then sprays a mixture she makes to help soothe the skin.\r \r I am not one who is comfortable showing all the lady parts in front of just anyone (including my doctor!), but Tracy makes me feel very comfortable. I just try to remind myself that she sees a lot of lady parts each week.\r \r As all of the other reviewers have said, she is incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does she inform me with all the facts about waxing and hair growth, she recommends products for all different beauty needs that she knows works.\r \r It took me a long time to build up the courage to get waxed and thank God I did!! I will never go back to shaving and I'm hoping I'll never have to go to anyone else!\r \r I highly recommend Tracy to anyone who wants a caring esthetician who will make waxing as painless as can possibly be!\r \r I'm living proof to say the first time hurt pretty bad, but the second time was (almost) a breeze! This was my first experience with any kind of waxing and I decided to go all out with a brazilian. After reading review after review after review, I decided to try Tracy at Beautiful Me. I was not disappointed. She was great. I felt totally comfortable in the most uncomfortable of situations. I loved that she took the time to get all the hair, explain everything and yet talk with you like you have known each other for years. All I can say is this is a wonderful place, clean, relaxing and by far the best you could ask for. more

I NEVER write reviews, ever. But today I make an exception. After my 13yr old daugther mentioned that a friend of hers had her eyebrows plucked by her sister and that she wanted to have the same thing done I began looking for a professional. As a parent I want to give my daugther the advice and guidance that I never received from Mother, bless her heart. I explained that if she was to begin shaping her eyebrows the only option was to go to someone who truly knows what they are doing. ""Do it right the first time"" is my motto! So I ended up on CitySearch and Yelp and found Beautiful Me, LLC and all the rave reviews. I immediately scheduled appointments for both of us with Navya. My daugther was somewhat apprehensive about the waxing process and if it would hurt at all. Well as it turns out Navya has three girls of her own and she made my daughter feel so at ease. Afterwards she said surprisingly, ""that didn't hurt at all""! In addition, our eyebrows look amazing. We couldn't be happier. I should actually thank my daugther for prompting me to find someone so great for myself! We can't wait to go back! I was referred to Beautiful Me by a friend. They are amazing at shaping eyebrows!!! Plus, all the products they use are natural and everything is so clean and sterile. The owner is amazing and knowledgeable in facial care and other beautifying products!! They truly care and make you feel very welcomed!! In case, anybody has had their eyebrows ruined go to them. I found Beautiful Me, LLC through Yelp! and I had no hesitation in going because EVERY Yelp! review gave Navya and Tracy glorifying testimonials. Couldn't agree more. Navya has been waxing me since April and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It doesn't matter what your body type is, Navya will make you feel at home. If you have scars, deformities, whatEVER, they are all not relevant and you forget to be self conscious when you are with these ladies. The prices are excellent in comparison to the rest of Austin's waxing shops - and those other places employ very cold, unfeeling people who make it obvious they are judging you. I shopped around a bit, and most of those places I wouldn't even trust with my eyebrows, much less a sensitive situation like Brazillian waxing! But Navya and Tracy are there for you. The ease of appointment could not be better - there is never a time that their schedule is not available. The building is so quiet, it is a whisper only zone until you get into the awesomely decorated rooms, where there is a calming feeling and great spa music is always playing. I have only been to Beautiful Me two times, but absolutely love it already!! Navya has done two facials on me and she is amazing!!! She is so sweet, kind, and professional. She and Tracy truly care about their clients' needs. I feel as if I have known Navya for years - she is so friendly and wonderful to talk to. During both of my facials, she explained step-by-step what she was doing and was so gentle throughout the entire treatment. She even trimmed my eyebrows, too! I highly recommend Beautiful Me to anyone for skin care needs. I have acne issues, but feel very inspired by Navya. I will never ever go to anyone else and am so very thankful to have found such a wonderful place! Navya and Tracy are truly amazing ladies!!! more

No one makes my eyebrows look better than Navya. NO one. When she finishes, they are flawless. She gives a fantastic facial, too--I can't afford to treat myself to those more than a couple of times a year, so when I do, I want to have the best possible experience. Navya never lets me down. I love chatting with her, and she gives me a hug when we say goodbye--so sweet! She simply exudes warmth and love, so, you know, if you're looking for the cold and clinical approach, don't go see her. :) I have only seen Tracy once (I think Navya was out of town), but she was awesome as well. Both Tracy and Navya are clearly committed to using the best prevailing techniques, both practical and hygienic. Even better, they simply love what they do, and they love their clients. And *I* love their space--it's convenient, relaxing, and absolutely pristine. You can schedule and even pay online, so should you happen to be in a hurry, you can zip in and out. And I should mention that in all the times I have gone to have my eyebrows turned into little hirsute works of filamentous art, I have never been kept waiting or been told that ""we're running a tad late."" Seriously, I can't recommend Beautiful Me highly enough. more

Any one that plays, ""Journeys Greatest Hits"" while waxing your nether region is worth their weight in gold. The facility is immaculate (and I'm so picky). Navya is professional and relaxed, all at the same time. You'll end up telling her your life story, I promise. more

A friend told me about Beautiful Me and said that if I ever need a bikini/Brazilian wax, to go to Tracy. I decided to try it and booked an appointment with Tracy and I'm so glad that I did! Not only was the experience not as painful as I had imagined, but Tracy was so comforting and talked me through everything that she was doing. I felt like I was talking to someone that I had known forever and I really appreciate the fact that she made me feel at ease. So I had my first brazilian....just decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did! At first I thought I might be a little embarassed just laying it all out there for a stranger to see, but Navya didn't feel like a stranger at all. It felt as if I had known her for years! She made me feel very comfortable and all of my fears melted away. Not to mention, she does this for a living so she sees this day in and day out! I definitely feel lucky to be a new client of hers. These 2 girls are so nice! They always give me a hug when I walk in and fill me in on everything in their life and are just as interested in mine. They make me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. They are quick and definitely reasonably priced. Sometimes they even throw in an extra small wax for free. This was my very first time to get a Brazilian. Navya is just a fabulous and amazing person; she put me at ease immediately - she could tell I was nervous. She is very quick and makes it as painless as possible. I did not feel embarrassed at all and she explained everything that was happening to me step by step. Traci is the best in the industry! Not only is she talented in what she does, she is very nice and has become a friend. I don't ever feel ""sold"" on products or treatments, unlike a few other salons. Waxing is definitely not a fun thing to do, but Traci makes you feel extremely comfortable.
