I live in 18735 hillside building, and trust me when I say this building is infested with roaches and rats, yes slimy fury rats! First of all their management is so rude, especially after you have signed their lease. Its like they are giving you a huge favor, instead its opposite. These guys leave no opportunity to dig deep in your pockets. A tenant who recently moved out told me, that these guys charged him for 15 years old stove and refrigerator for the price of a new one. Interestingly I found out that two bedrooms these slimy people are renting, used t be one bedroom in previous management time, about 7 years ago. These guys are nothing but thugs operating from offices. Take pictures before you rent, if you have to, and take pictures when you leave.
