Avoid the thieves at Engine & Transmission World, once they get your money you'll either get a junk engine or nothing. They are hoping to stall you long enough that they can do a partial refund and grab the restocking fee for doing nothing but irritating you.
If you do get an engine it most likely be junk. Don't pay your mechanic to install a junk engine, it just ends up costing you more money! Then they want you to ask for a refund so they can end up with the restocking fee.
I think that this might be a group of Russians, they act and sound exactly like some Russian software crooks that I dealt with recently. If not then they took lessons from the same thief guide.
Update: It appears that they have family or employees trying to get their ratings out of the gutter and posting glowing testimonials about them. If these testimonials were true then their ratings would not have so many one and two star reviews. If you have paid them via a credit card, go to your credit card provider and file a fraud complaint to get your payment refunded. That way they cannot try to cheat you out of a bogus ""restocking"" fee. Imagine having the nerve to charge a fee for restocking an engine that they never had!
