I was shocked when I went to see this dealership. I called first for directions and spoke with Nicole who was very friendly. I arrived and met Ivan (Sales Manager). He was extremely professional and non-threaten when meeting him. The facility there is more like a Art Deco studio with nice furniture and Big Screen TVs instead of most plain Jane Dealerships. Ivan allowed me to test drive the BMW on my own and didn't hover like most car salesmen do. I was very impressed how clean the car was. I bought the car and didn't get much of a discount but that is fine because the condition of the car and the price was already lower than others I found on the internet. I want to thank Nicole and Ivan for their help and highly recommend them to family, friends and whomever.
