After horrible service and watching minorites be turned away for minor things like saying a man's real eye glasses were too tinted and even a guy in a blazer's pants were too urban fit. I must say this buisness uses dresscode to enforce a WHITES ONLY operation in 2010.\r

After spending money in the bar for 2 hours I went to get my cellphone and was denied re-entry because I was wearing a dogtag. A small Tiffany and CO. dogtag with a Marc-Style Blazer jacket and nice gray pants. I was so-called out of dress-code. I am a successful stylist, and designer and was denied entry for dress. LOL!!! It was not my dress but yet the color of my skin and the skin of the 12-15 other minorities whom were turned away for so-called strict dress rules; all of which who were professional in dress and very-well groomed. \r

They refused to let me even go in to get my wife and went in and asked her to leave and caused a scence inside with her. They even added extra charges and tips and refused to remove them and threatened her with taunts. The manager used profanity and said we don't have to let ""you people"" in here if we dont want to.\r

The general manager James Faller even went as far as to say, "" We can do whatever the hell we want, cause we reserve the right to keep you and your Hip-hop stuff out if we don't want the in under dress code.""\r

It was so disturbing becuase as a couture designer I dont even have a hip-hop style. But according to Faller all Blacks do and necklaces are a trademark of this style which their business does not support.\r

Faller also refused to give names of any higher or corporate contacts sighting that he was the only person I was allowed to talk to cause company policy is to stop complaints at the local level...WOW!!!\r

So according to Mr. Faller, Corporate compliants stop at him. \r

THIS IS THE MOST RACIST Business I have ever encountered and I advice anyone. NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME at the PLACE..\r
