First, you need to ignore the fake reviews written in all caps by Cobalt employees. Very amateur. Notice the dates they were written.
Second, I am a real Cobalt customer in the Bellville area and have been blogging steadily about their poor service, and have posted all the entries here:

You can see cold, hard proof of how bad their service is on a weekly basis. Their customer service is is worst I have ever seen. They don't answer the phone, they don't make repairs on the weekends, and they BLAME the CUSTOMER for anything they can get away with. The guy above is right...they have an F at the Better Biz Bureau and they have also been banned from the Bellville Chamber of Commerce due to so many complaints in our area.
