My dad was there few months ago and had a very bad experience the staff was very rude I dont know if I should write all of the those people name here but the higher staff is very irresponsible when I had a complain regarding my dad cleanliness I went to complain to Head nuring staff and he was soo rude to me and tried to blame everything on me for his staff carelessness I went to complain to chair person and he just kept on listening to me as if I was talking to wall and didn't took any action. CNA just wants to sit there and do nothing and going to find every excuse for not doing their job. only few person I found helpful there was admitting staff her name is HELEN and one nurse Anjela who really understood my feeling but beside that every one should be replaced speacially head of the nursing whose name is NICK he is disgustingggggggggg
