If there was an option to give this place no stars - I would. Not only did they misdiagnose my car's problem, they assured me that they could fix it. After it broke down upon leaving their establishment - they gave me another diagnosis and was going to charge me another huge amount that would not have fixed the problem either. They lay blame on the dealership - and the other reviewer was correct about the owner beign arrogant about how long he's been doing this....it's obvious that he and his mechanic should go back and take some continuing education classes .... Bob said that he'd give me a partial refund but after finding a ride back down there he said that he changed his mind. A phone call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time or my rides time. according to the other review they don't stand behind anything and they didn't fix it right and if this how you treat family they would 've been disowned long ago. Bob's automotive - fix it wrong don't fix it screw the customer that should be their motto.
