hay BOB, your ""mechanic"" damn near KILLED me, my daughter and my grandson yesterday, guess who DID NOT put the cotter pin back into the spindle? allowing the crown/castle nut to unscrew and my entire wheel came off at over 70 mph on the freeway in heavy traffic? be prepared to be SUED for gross negligence, i have a long list of small ""botched jobs"" you've done in a small 2 month period, but i trusted you!!! NO ONE TRUST HIM OR HIS DRUNKARD FELON of a wanna be mechanic! not if u actually value your life that is!!\r \r and yes, i kept ALL receipts!! more

1999 Civic, they changed out my alternator to a high-output 165Amp one for a about $100 in labor, works perfect, polite mechanic. more

Bob's services my companies GMC cube van, my BMW, my daughters Mercury Sable and my girlfriends Mercury mini van. They have gone out of their way to always do the right thing, often having the repair bill come out lower than their original estimate. On the few occasions when things didn't work out right, they always took care of things with a smile, and without additional charges. It's hard to find a shop where the mechanics really know how to diagnose a problem, and where the integrity of the service you receive is beyond question. I receive the same consistent quality service, year in and year out. I have recommended Bob's to friends and employees, and they have all received great service at fair prices. I just don't know what more you could ask from a auto repair shop. Highly Recommend. more

Don't go here to fix your car. They don't know what they're talking about. I knew what was wrong with the car but they told me something completely different that had nothing to do with the problem. The owner was a jerk when I told him his mechanic was wrong because I already knew what was wrong with the car. He told me he knew better and that whoever gave me the other information was wrong. What a douche. Bob's can go suck it. more

If there was an option to give this place no stars - I would. Not only did they misdiagnose my car's problem, they assured me that they could fix it. After it broke down upon leaving their establishment - they gave me another diagnosis and was going to charge me another huge amount that would not have fixed the problem either. They lay blame on the dealership - and the other reviewer was correct about the owner beign arrogant about how long he's been doing this....it's obvious that he and his mechanic should go back and take some continuing education classes .... Bob said that he'd give me a partial refund but after finding a ride back down there he said that he changed his mind. A phone call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time or my rides time. according to the other review they don't stand behind anything and they didn't fix it right and if this how you treat family they would 've been disowned long ago. Bob's automotive - fix it wrong don't fix it screw the customer that should be their motto. more

I you are looking for the typical sleaze-ball automotive shop then this is the place for you. They hire an outside sales team to up sale packages that over promise and under deliver. They sell you on a local family establishment, with dependable and speedy service, all which are a lie. The service is less than par and if you wish to speak to the the owner well........................ He will inform you in his arrogant voice , "" thats how i have run this place for 14 years so tuff"" We pay his bills and do not deserve to be treated like that, not eaven by a grease monkey.
