First and last time I will ever go there. First of all, I waited hrs before I was seen. I first had to pay upfront to be seen even though I had my insurance card but they weren't able to verify. 13 days later my insurance sent them a check for my visit, I went in July and this is October and still have not received my refund. I call every week and they keep saying they have submitted for my refund but that Dr. Ajai J. Agarwal, M.D., F.R.C.S., F.A.A.F.P., Director, has not made my check. Three months later, still no refund. One the fact that I need call them to give me my refund after my insurance paid them. Secondly, the fact that they refuse to give me my refund. Ridiculous place, never ever will I go there again. Most unprofessional place ever. The have signs all over that you need to pay for service first but they don't have signs that say they are lousy at giving you your refund back. I advise to avoid this place like the plague. No one knows what is going on in that office.
