I too have dealt with J & L and it has been a headache and hassle from day 1. Good luck trying to get a hold of the landlord and when you do they are the most unfriendly and unprofessional people you will ever meet. I have rented from many different landlords and businesses and this was a circus. Something wrong with your place? Not only will they not fix it but then they will charge YOU for it. Don't be surprised when they show up at your house at all hours of the day without notice or when you don't get your security deposit back for no reason or even when you get a bill in the mail for unknown reason. Save yourself the headache and misery of being in a lease with them and keep checking other places because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through dealing with them.
