Beware of hidden fees and poor customer service! I moved to this establishment from Chicago (Lincoln Park area) The pictures looked really nice online and the staff was friendly on the phone, I moved because of a promotion within my company. I didn't have time to come down and see the place so had to sign without seeing it in person. To my surprise it looked nothing like the pictures. The pool is tiny in comparison to the ""beautiful picture shown"". The gym is dirty and doesn't have much equipment variety. The porches are infested with ants and the water pressure is terrible, the facet was installed backwards so you have to turn it to the cold side to get any hot water, and it sprinkles barely enough to wash the soap off! Don't be fooled by the ""gated community security"" The gate has been broken for over a week for anyone to come and go as they please. When I agreed to take the appartment the price was reasonable, but when I went to go and sign the lease there were all these extra fees added per month for living in the community (it ended up being over $100 more per month than previuosly offered). There is even a fee to use the ""included"" clubhouse. Don't waste you time or money on this establishment, the pictures look great but its all a facade. Once you sign the lease the managment no longer cares to impress you and will treat you with complete disrespect.
