Unfortunately our builder used Roger's Flooring to do our wood floors. We noticed within the first year that the weather separation on the wood was bad. We do understand that wood expands and contracts however this was way beyond normal. We could place hundreds of coins in the floor and some were two quarters side by side fitting in the space. We have many pictures. We always got the run around about temperature, humidity etc. Never would they acknowledge that is was a poor installation. The owners blew us off and the the Manager, Henry, was never helpful. All the promises on the website are simply marketing ploys. They do not back their work if it is done poorly.
