We found the staff to be knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The instalation of our carpeting was done on the day scheduled and the workmen were prompt and courteous. This place is a joke. Great selection but once they get a deposit on your money terrible communication. Delivery & install for both wood floors and the carpet was a joke. Had to have installers come back various times to complete the job. Worst money I ever spent. more

My husband and I recently bought a fixer upper! The house had terrible flooring and didn't want to have to pay an arm and a leg to put flooring throughout the entire house! Went to a couple different places and none was in our budget! Feeling down about the whole thing, my mother suggested rogers flooring. So my husband and I decided to give it a try! My husband and I get to rogers flooring and were greeted right away! We talked about our issues with our new home and told them our budget! We wanted hard wood and tiles in the kitchen and baths but if it wasn't in our budget to do the kitchen and baths we would be ok with that! Well let me just tell you we were so pleased to find out that with what er thought was a low budget WE GOT ALL ROOMS WITH HARD WOOD FLOORS ALL THE BATHS TILED AND THE KITCHEN TILED ALSO! THEN WE HAD $ IN OUR BUDGET TO TO GET THE BATHTUB WALL AND THE KITCHEN BACK SPLASH DONE AS WELL (which we didn't think was possible! The workers were soo clean and fast with getting the job done. My husband and I are very pleases! I would recommend rogers flooring to anyone! more

It's easy to see why Rogers Flooring has been in business for over 30 years!! The first time I used Rogers Flooring was through a builder that constructed our house. They had us go to their showroom to do our selections. They were so helpful and knowledgeable with creating the best products to fit our lifestyle. Jump ahead 9 years...bought a home and decided to go back to Rogers flooring for remodeling. This time we experienced his installers personally. Wow! They were polite, clean and on time. Roger, again helped us with options and provided the usual great service. Everything that was promised was delivered. Thanks Roger for the beautiful designs. We get so many compliments on the artistic tile designs as well as the wood floors. You guys are the best!! more

We were remodeling our kitchen and really wanted to change to porcelain floors from regular tile and finally get a backsplash that we weren't embarrassed about. We shopped prices at all of the big box stores, but found little selection. We really wanted one person to help us through this process, not just a random worker on a shift at Home Depot. My neighbor told us to drop into Roger's Flooring, which has been around forever, and to just talk to a salesperson. Right away we received help, which was welcomed, considering their showroom had plenty of variety. Our salesperson directed us to samples of flooring and backsplash tiles after asking us very specific questions about our likes and dislikes. He then proceeded to sketch out a design for a backsplash. I was impressed with his artistic vision. The job was done quickly and done well, it's gorgeous. . Roger's Flooring took my budget into account as well without being pushy. more

After several frustrating visits to local flooring stores I was referred to Roger's Flooring by my Dentist. The selection process was made very easy in the comfortable showroom and the salesperson was very knowlegeable and courteous. Delivery was arranged promptly and the installers were very clean and professional. I saved a great deal of time and money. I wish I had heard of this Family Owned Business sooner. more

During a recent renovation, I had a need for carpet, wood flooring restoration and ceramic tile. I consulted numerous friends and contractors and was consistently referred to Roger's Flooring. Their showroom was the most complete I experienced anywhere. Their recommendations and service were spot on. Prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend for the added value of professional advise and timely installation and service. I will definitely use their services again. more

Unfortunately our builder used Roger's Flooring to do our wood floors. We noticed within the first year that the weather separation on the wood was bad. We do understand that wood expands and contracts however this was way beyond normal. We could place hundreds of coins in the floor and some were two quarters side by side fitting in the space. We have many pictures. We always got the run around about temperature, humidity etc. Never would they acknowledge that is was a poor installation. The owners blew us off and the the Manager, Henry, was never helpful. All the promises on the website are simply marketing ploys. They do not back their work if it is done poorly. more

We hired Roger's Flooring to put in our wood floors. Beware of their salesman - they do a good job in talking up their experience and price but they will tag in extra charges. They tell you sweetly, we do not know what is under your carpet so that would be extra but then charge as they like and do not even give you detailed breakdown of charges! Everyone we talked to there for getting a detailed bill was very very rude! Even the guy who actually came to put down the wood floors said that it is a very badly managed company and they will rob you. I would suggest going elsewhere for your wood and carpeting needs then Roger's Flooring! more

We had Roger's Flooring help us with our new home. The selection process was easy. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledeable and creative. All of the flooring came out great. The installation was very professional and timely. I would highly recommend using Roger's Flooring for any flooring. We will be back.
