Never Use Cathy's Camera. After my son graduated from RPI, we decided to use her services. She sent proof which we picked and paid for quite a few photos. She then gave a litany of excuses about how her hard drive crashed and she lost the files.
The sad thing about the whole affair, it was the last time my father was in a professional photo with my children, and now that moment is lost.
I tried on many occasions to get my money back, about $300, but she never returned my calls. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Albany. She did not respond to that either.
Take my advice, take your business and memories elsewhere.
