This garage is the epitome of disgusting. The estimate they gave me was almost twice as much as the other garages I asked about the same job. I decided to have my car towed somewhere else, and Autorama would not release my car until I had paid the tow fee (they would not directly bill Triple A, but informed me I would be reimbursed) and the 75 dollar fee to check the car. The staff was rude, insulting and completely unhelpful. The woman I spoke to was Ali and impossible to deal with. When the tow truck arrived to take my car to a different garage, the mechanics rolled the car into the road with the hood still open.
While I was waiting for my payment to be processed, there were three other disgruntled customers returning to complain about improper repairs, stolen stereo equipment, and damage done to other areas of their cars.
I would not recommend this garage to anyone and I wish there were a more efficient way to warn people against going there. STAY AWAY! This garage is sleezy.
