As a homeowner everything appeared to start out great. They got the house rented, and signed a lease. Then they informed me that the tenants had 3 large dogs and smoked. They didn?t take in any additional deposit. Their response was, ?I thought you wanted this rented out quickly?? I did, just not at the detriment of my house.
