I bought new 2009 Honda Accord. I asked them to tint the window. When it's done, the left a lot of scratches to the side body. They did not acknowledge it. Soon thereafter, the remote key malfunction. Instead of fixing it, they said and I quote ""Honda West is not responsible for it because the key could have been dropped in the water"" I did not drop it in the water. Finally, suddenly the rear arm broke. I complained to them because it is still under warranty. And they yet again refuse to fix. They did not return your call or your e-mail. They are crooks. Go somewhere else to buy or service your Honda.
