I have been a patron at this store since 1991. I have spent over $25,000 in their store since that time. Years ago I think they sought after and sold quality products. I don't beleive that is the case anymore. Over the past 5 years I have purchased a $15,000 hot tub and several outdoor items including tables, chairs and numerous, 4 to be exact, umbrellas. The quality is just not the same anymore. The chairs which are very expensive break all the time. The owner says its becausee people today are too fat for their chairs. He likes to make excuses for things when they break. One might expect that from Wallmart but not Heat and Sweep, when you consider their prices.
