Rude service, marginal to poor work, no tolerance for requests for improvement on a bad job. When I called in a FOURTH attempt to get a job done satisfactorily, Dawn said "Sorry" and hung up on me. She has no time or interest to listen to instructions or concerns with the job done. However, her front desk person (her son) will verbally abuse you for no extra charge. Check the BBB report.
