I recently purchased several pieces of furniture and spent quite a bit of money at Douglas Furniture. The customer service was acceptable until a custom piece arrived and it was NOT what I had ordered. Customer service stopped there. They refused to compensate me in any way and made no attempt to resolve the situation . I cannot comprehend how a furniture store that depends on customers can operate in such an unprofessional way. I would NEVER recommend shopping at Douglas due to my easperating experience with them!
