DOUGLAS FURNITURE INC THE BEST 2/5/2012

While stationed at Castle Air Force Base 1975, I purchased a "Metal dining Set" Model 2-50 , I still use it and it is in good shape, we had it re-covered in Madrid Spain 1991, and again Charleston South Carolina 2005. I change the legs carpet protector pads 5 times. Your Atwater store sent them to Mildenhall Air base U.K. once. for FREE. You have great product. All the photos of our kids growing up your dining set are in them from 4 years old in 1975 til they came by with my grand childrens last week we took pictures. EXCELLENT PRODUCT Thanks. Santa Claritas best furniture store 4/20/2011

As soon as we walked in the door we recieved unbelievable service. They did everything we asked and more. I will only shop at this store from now on. They also have a wonderful web site so we could do all of our pre-shopping online before we came in. I would highly recommend this store. more

Best Service And Best Quality 3/28/2011

Douglas Furniture has the best quality and the best service of any other furniture store in Santa Clarita. I will shop at Douglas Furniture the rest of my life and I know they will always be there because they are family owned. Thanks again guys for the magnificent dining room set. We love it! more

I can't speak more highly of Douglas Furniture! Their sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! We purchased the most beautiful couches and family room tables last month... And today we purchased a GORGEOUS master bedroom set! Their prices are great and the quality is impeccable! I truly believe this is the BEST furniture store in Santa Clarita! :) more

Beautiful furniture store! 3/4/2011

This store is a hidden jewel and in all places, Santa Clarita. I have shopped and bought from several different furniture stores in southern California and never have any come close to the quality and value that this store has to offer. I furnished my entire home with them. The sales staff was outstanding!!! I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked through the door!! Everybody there was very patient with me and helped me from start to finish. I would and have recommended shopping at this store! more

Terrible customer service 10/29/2010

I had a very unpleasant experience at Douglas Furniture. I recently bought several custom pieces of furniture at Douglas. The customer service was satisfactory until a custom piece arrived and it was NOT what I had ordered. The salesperson made NO attempt to settle the dispute or take any responsibility for the mistake that he made. They flatly refused to compensate me in any way. Now I have an expensive piece of furniture to remind me of the poor customer service at Douglas Furniture. I cannot recommend shopping there...EVER. more

Poor Customer Service! 10/27/2010

I recently purchased several pieces of furniture and spent quite a bit of money at Douglas Furniture. The customer service was acceptable until a custom piece arrived and it was NOT what I had ordered. Customer service stopped there. They refused to compensate me in any way and made no attempt to resolve the situation . I cannot comprehend how a furniture store that depends on customers can operate in such an unprofessional way. I would NEVER recommend shopping at Douglas due to my easperating experience with them! more

Simply the Best 8/4/2008

Want quality made furniture at a reasonable price? Then this is the place. Looking for a bedroom set for my daughter, we traveled all over the SCV plus over the hill and could not find what we had in mind, So I stopped in, they aren't that big so I figured they wouldn't have it. Guess what? I was wrong! They had a sleigh bed with matching armoire, night stand, dresser and a computer desk. I was so mad that I hadn't stopped here first. Wonderful staff and great delivery. more

worst furniture store ever!!!! 3/28/2008

I will never shop, or recommend this store to anyone. They not only have horrible customer service, their furniture is poorly made as well. They were extremely unprofessional. The manager yelled at me as well as the stock manager. Just a horrible place to shop!!! more
