I have been using Bridwell Automotive Center for 3 or 4 years now and they have been very honest and upfront about what work needs to be done and what doesn't. They are one of the good guys. I initially decided to use them after doing some research online and getting recommendations from other people. Bridwell Automotive was very highly rated.
Even though I live in Mesa and they are in Scottsdale, I drive the distance just to go to them. They did the suspension system on my SUV and also have done repair work on my daughter's older vehicle, from the heads that needed to be machined, to the gaskets, timing belt, and water pump. I appreciate that they take time to show you the problem with the car when it is up on the rack.
I had taken my daughter's older vehicle to other, national transmission shops, but found that Bridwell was a lot less expensive. The car did not end up needing all the things that they wanted to do at the bigger shops. I trust Bridwell and they have never steered me the wrong way. They are very fair and knowledgeable. Also, their employees are always going back for more education to keep on top of things, which is important.
