I have a longstanding relationship with Bridwell Automotive Center. Jack is phenomenal. He understands that I do not want to fix every little thing on my car. I want a car triage. He tells me what has to be fixed, items that can wait to be fixed and stuff I should do if I win the lottery. They never try and up sell you and are honest and upfront. The work is quality. If you are looking for honest dependable service Bridwell is the way to go! more

I love them 3/24/2014

Bridwell Automotive Center did auto service and detail for my car. The service was great, but the detail was not as good. They kinda ruined the old paint job I had, but they warned me in advance that this would happen. I have been using them for awhile. Although they didn't do a great job on the paint and I was disappointed, I trust them completely. more

Excellent service 3/7/2014

Bridwell Automotive Center is the place I go to fix my car. They know that I need my car for business and always tend to it in a timely manner which I've always appreciated. I've used their service over the past several years. Lane is very professional, personable, and a great person to work with. Sometimes he would pick me up and take me back to my vehicle when it was being worked on. I'm very happy with the services as they are very reliable. I'd definitely recommend them. Great service results and customer satisfaction! 2/27/2014

We've been using Bridwell Automotive Center a good ten years. We have five cars and all of them are serviced by Bridwell. They've done everything from oil changes to repairs to maintenance service, and we've never had any problems with them. They are usually very friendly. When they diagnose a problem, they come to us before doing the repairs. They tell us why the repair should be done or why it could wait. I like dealing with these guys! It's a personal experience using them. Jack, who runs the service department, is very knowledgeable. They are quick, and they are on time. Excellent company 1/27/2014

Bridwell Auto Center is always super helpful. First of all, they're located in the neighborhood so it's very convenient to drop by. Everyone is very friendly and tells you exactly what you need to know every step of the way. They notify you immediately If they can't fix something within the time frame they give you. They're very considerate in that way. We've been using them for over 20 years and are pretty pleased with the service. They do our routine oil and tire changes and we've never had issues with any of their work. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Wonderful service 1/22/2014

Bridwell Automotive has always given me the best service. They're very accommodating with me being elderly and partially handicapped. They keep me aware of everything about my car that I wouldn't know about myself and they give me helpful notices to do certain things. Lane drops me off in his car all the time which I really appreciate. Jack, the service manager, is also a really knowledgeable and helpful guy. Everyone at Bridwell is really helpful and responsive. They've do the regular checkups for my car and have replaced my tires before. They fixed my gas tank when it was leaking. They've done just about everything for my car and are really good at it. I'd recommend them any day! more

Quality service that is worth the wait 1/14/2014

The guys from Bridwell always do a really good job and that is why I go there so often. The one knock on them is that there is always a line, hence why I gave them a 4 star rating, however, i feel that their service is worth the wait, and their high demand is justified. more

Very positive 1/9/2014

Bridwell Automotive Center has replaced my brake rotors and pads, did my oil changes, and I also had them check out what I thought was a leak but they told me that they couldn't find anything and thought it was just condensation. I appreciated their honesty and not just try to make work where there wasn't. They're actually interested in taking care of my car and saving me money and time. They're also very friendly and knowledgeable. more

Bridwell Automotive Center is my go-to auto repair shop. Jack is an orderly proprietor who is very knowledgeable and gives you great advice. He repaired a car of mine that has functioned well in the past couple of years. The folks at Bridwell are honest and there to actually help you, rather than overcharge you. They could have easily charged me much more for the car they fixed for me but instead offered me a great deal. For no frills auto repair at low prices, I turn to Bridwell Automotive Center. more
