My experience with Bridwell Automotive Center has been with two older cars that they took care of for years and years. One car belonged to me and one to my mother; they are both gone now. They were always quick to take the car in when I needed something done, and they are all friendly. I know everyone at the shop.
Bridwell Automotive Center is relatively near where I live, and they give me ride home and pick me up. That is not the usual thing for that type of an outfit, because they aren't a dealership, and I don't always expect that from a smaller mechanic.
They are very competent and pretty fast. They know what they are doing. Of course the cliché adjectives, like reliable and honest, apply to them as well, but they are very intelligent people who are friendly and good to customers. If there are issues they get on it right away and tell the customer what is up.
Now I have a brand new car under warranty, so I am not going to Bridwell, but the day will come when I will use them again. I always recommend them.
