Somehow or another we got a hole in our transmission fluid pan. It was leaking fluid like it had been stabbed. A friend knocked on our door in the morning and told us about it. I called everywhere and no one had the part that I needed.
We were desperate because it is our only means of transportation, and I needed to go to work. I called Cottman Transmission and talked to Jody. He asked me if I was sure that it was a hole, and when I told him yes, he said to come on in and he would give me a new pan.
I was so thankful, not only did he have the part, which nobody had, he gave it to me. I was going to have to spend our rent money to pay for the part, and he just gave it to me.
As soon as we get some money there are some things our car needs, and this is absolutely where I want to take my car. I tell everyone, even at work, about Cottman Transmission. If there is any place I would want to go, this would be it for me.
