I have a pretty busy work schedule so I often have to reschedule my appointments. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my often last minute request and thanks to their confirmation call the day before my appointment, I was able to double check my schedule. About the service: I'm really bad with names, so I don't remember the girl that did my last facial, but she was good. She always tells me what she is doing to my face so I know what to expect and check-in frequent to make sure I'm comfortable and I felt relaxed, radiant, and pampered after my facial. Definitely a great experience!
