I have a pretty busy work schedule so I often have to reschedule my appointments. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my often last minute request and thanks to their confirmation call the day before my appointment, I was able to double check my schedule. About the service: I'm really bad with names, so I don't remember the girl that did my last facial, but she was good. She always tells me what she is doing to my face so I know what to expect and check-in frequent to make sure I'm comfortable and I felt relaxed, radiant, and pampered after my facial. Definitely a great experience! more

Relaxing Facial! 8/30/2010

Just my 2nd facial ever and I will certainly go back. I appreciate that they customize their facial to your needs. Brandy was great at explaining what was going on, but also knew when to just let me relax. Quite enjoyable! more

Surprise! 8/23/2010

I am from Arizona and still go back for my facials because I have not found anyone in California to really put the same effort into taking caring of my skin versus trying to sell me more products. This was different experience entirely. Laura listened to what I said about my skin and geared my facial to getting the results I wanted without having to listen to a sales pitch or a lecture of what I should be doing. It was relaxing and effective at the same time. I am pleased to find a place to go to after 15 years of living in the Bay Area. I hope anyone that reads this feels the need to go check it out at least once. more

Great Deal and Amazing Facial 8/18/2010

I found out about this amazing place through Facebook and decided to check it out since they were offering a great deal as well... And it was worth it! The lady, named Nelly, was fabulous! Not only, she gave me a heavenly facial but also she shared with me excellent tips about skin care. They were attentive and gentle; and the environment was so relaxing. I'm definitely coming back! more

Little gem! 8/11/2010

One look at Brandy's flawless skin gives the assurance that this place knows what they're doing! Although small and bit difiicult to find in a Los Gatos shopping center Capricious Spa is a hidden gem that takes pride in their services. I had a facial by Brandy and felt so refreshed that it felt like I had a whole body massage. I looked younger too :) The Dermalogica products are heavenly and smell oh-so-good... Definitely wins my vote as a must-visit spa in the bay area! more

A comfortable retreat 8/8/2010

Capricious is a lovely spa. I enjoyed my facial and was extremely impressed with Brandi. She is passionate about what skincare and making the customer feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely be back for more pampering! more

Upon entering this Spa, I felt very good about what I was about to experience. The staff was knowledgable and communicated clearly what to expect from the Pumpkin Peel Facial. It was everything and more of what I wanted from a facial. I would highly recommend this spa to friends and plan to return for another skin care experience. more

Facial and Pedi 7/25/2010

Had my 1st pedicure and facial. I felt pampered and relaxed. The staff was accommodating, friendly and expert in the services they provided. I plan to revisit the spa with my daughter. Wonderful place to spend an afternoon. more
