Bought a 2010 Ford Escape in February. Also bought the Star Guard System & Surface Protection Product. They said they'd call in a few days when the products came in & set up a time to install them. Never heard back. Called after a month & they couldn't find my paperwork. Once they did they set up an appointment. When I went in for the appointment I had to prove it was my car b/c they still had the car listed under the old owner's name. Took forever to install the products. I noticed the dashboard had a big white streak on it when I got it back. I'm still trying to get that resolved. Nothing is getting it off & you have to come by Perry Ford during the week b/c they do the Protectant product through a contractor. Now it's October & I just figured out the Star Guard was never installed on my vehicle. I'm demanding my money back b/c their service is terrible & after the unresolved dashboard incident I'd rather not have them touch my car. They're telling me that this is "tricky" b/c the sales lady doesn't work there anymore. Don't know how that's my problem but they want to make it my problem. Never shopping there again!!
