It was a pleasant surprise finding Vue Restaurant. It is on the top floor of the silver tower on 4th, Hotel Le Bleu. A tower most Brooklynians will find seemingly out of place and the restaurant did not disappoint.
As soon as the elevator doors opened we were greeted, sat and offered a glass of Champagne that my wife was more than happy to accept.
The restaurant is decorated in whites and blues and the music is played softly. I haven?t such a nice quite diner in a while.
I ordered the Mediterranean Sea Bass. The filet was cooked to perfection and served over tomatoes, mushrooms and artichokes. It was finished with a white wine and butter sauce. The dish left me completely satisfied with out feeling unpleasantly full.
My wife had the Salmon but she didn?t want to share.
I am definitely going to make this place one of my regular stops for date night.
Pros: Excellent Food and Ambiance
Cons: None
