We took our cat to Lake Shore Animal Hospital to be spayed and declawed. Right off the bat, I got a strange vibe from the receptionist. She seemed rude and made the visit a bit awkward. We were told that it would be over $400.00 and that she would have to stay for two nights. After the first night we tried to call and couldn't get a hold of anybody. The first time we tried calling we thought maybe they were out to lunch, however after 2:30 we figured that there was no reason not to pick up. We called about 5 times and still can't get through. I no longer feel that it was a good decision to send my cat to Lake Shore Animal Hospital. The situation is making me very anxious.\r

After all of this however, I do have to say that the doctor was very nice. She seemed very compassionate. Although, I still would not recommend this vet to anyone.
